Salad Bar Ordering Instructions
Thank you for supporting the salad bar program. We apologize if you experienced challenges ordering online previously. We are optimistic we have made the necessary fixes and ordering online should now be more user friendly. All orders for salad bar must be made online. We will not be accepting any orders not made online. Additionally, we encourage everyone, including staff to also pay online, as we do not have the capacity to process cash. For the winter period (Jan-March) ordering will open on Dec 16th and will remain open until Jan 9th. All orders, for any salad bar service from Jan-March, must be made online by Jan 9th.

***If you have a hotluches.net account for another school (perhaps you have an account for a child that attends elementary school), you cannot use the same account. You need to create an account specific for Isfeld. Each hotlunches.net account is specific to each school. ***
If you already have an Isfeld Hotlunch account, log in and follow these steps:
1. Click on "students" (even if you are staff, teacher etc).
2. Click on "order" under the students (staff) name you wish to order for.
3. Enter "1" in the box for any date that you wish to order.
4. Click "Update Order and Proceed"
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for each student (staff)
6. Click on "Pay via Paypal" to pay via credit card or paypal (note: Cash payments are not accepted. You must pay online.)
If you do not already have an Isfeld Hotlunch account:
1. Click on "register" located on the top toolbar.
2. Enter "ISFELD" (in upper case CAPS) as the access code.
3. Complete the required info: your name, phone, address, email, choose a user-id and account password and click "register now". (If you are interested in volunteering with the salad bar program please click "yes" to be included on the volunteer list.
4. Click on "students" (even if you are staff etc).
5. Add the first and last name of the person you would like to order for (this could be your child/student, yourself/teacher etc), then click on "insert"
6. If you have more than 1 person (child, student, teacher etc) you want to order for click on "Add New" and repeat step 5.
7. Click on "order" under the students (staff) name you wish to order for.
8. Enter "1" in the box for any date that you wish to order.
9. Click "Update Order and Proceed" .
10. Repeat steps 5-7 for each student (staff).
11. Click on "Pay via Paypal" to pay via credit card or paypal (note: Cash payments are not accepted. You must pay online.)
